Swarna is the Senior Vice President-Operations at VSM. In this role, she lends great support to product and project engineering, quality and information security processes, and administration. She is a member of the board of directors.

Prior to joining VSM, Swarna comes with about 30 years of experience in IBM in the US and Satyam Computers in India. At IBM, she was at the prestigious IBM T.J. Watson Research Centre. She was a part of the development team of WebSphere at IBM. At Satyam, she has handled large off-shore projects.

She holds an engineering degree from Bangalore University in India, and a MS in computer science from New York University.

Palani is the Associate Director – Healthcare Solutions. He is responsible for all enhancements for our CRM product and also all the implementations and customization.

Palani started his career as a software engineer and in a short period, he has risen to hold leadership positions. He has been a part of the team that has built our CRM product. He has excellent technical and project management capabilities. He also has a deep domain understanding.

Palani holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Computer Science.

Shobha has over 14 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Master’s Degree in Commerce from Mysore University.

She is responsible for all HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation and Employee well-being.

Rajendran is Consultant-Banking at VSM. He provides invaluable assistance to delivery teams in pre-sales, and solutioning. His role in guiding both on-site and off-site teams engaged in service deliveries, plays a great part in ensuring success.

Prior to joining VSM, Rajendran had an illustrious career as a banker, holding a very senior position in a large public sector bank. He has 35+ years of experience in banking operations, training and Information Technology. He played a key role in implementing a large Core Banking Solution at the bank. His analytical and technical abilities have been key to his success. He was Deputy General Manager-IT before joining VSM.

Rajendran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Madras, a Master’s degree in General Law as well as Computer Applications. He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking.

Ravindran is Consultant-Banking and Head-Deliveries for banking solutions, at VSM. He manages all the banking projects in compliance space.

Prior to joining VSM, Ravindran has worked at senior levels in banks in India as well as Singapore and Tanzania. He has held senior positions in banks, handling legal compliance, operations and credit. He has over 35 years of experience.

Ravindran holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras, and an MBA from ICFAI University. He is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.

Bhuvanendra is our Head-Business Development and Operations for banking services. He manages all business development for Application Management Services (AMS), projects in Robotic Process Automation and other services. He is also responsible for project deliveries in these areas.

Prior to joining VSM, Bhuvanendra has performed multiple roles in a large public sector bank. He has experience in vendor management, retail banking, payment systems, and information technology department. He was Deputy General Manager-IT at the bank, before joining VSM. He has over 38 years of experience.

Bhuvanendra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.
