1st December 2016: VSM has incorporated multi-language capability in its KEA-CRM platform. This is a major development to accelerate the product’s implementation timelines in emerging market countries. “We work with a number of partners in many countries. We are also one of the largest CRM vendors for multinational pharma companies in this region. There is considerable interest in adoption of our state of art CRM platform from companies in this region. With this capability, we can offer use of local user languages in a seamless way”, according to Krish, the CEO of VSM.
1st December 2016: VSM has signed a major contract to deliver FATCA-CRS compliance services to a large privately held South Indian bank. This contract will run on a monthly retention basis for 7 months, till the first CRS reporting in 2017.
The services contract is a combination of “lease of solution” from VSM’s US partner, delivery of stand-alone data remediation utility and also IT/consulting services.
1st December 2016: We have signed a multi-year contract of over Rs 5 Crores to support Flexcube for a public sector bank. This is a managed services contract with responsibility for L1 support.
15th November 2016: VSM is now certified in ISO – 9001:2015 QMS standards and 27001:2013 ISMS standards. With this milestone, VSM reiterates its commitment to quality processes, streamlined operations and to maintaining information security in all its projects.
24th November 2016: VSM adds 3 more accounts to the customer list. One of them is the 2nd largest device company in India, with a Field strength of 1200+. 1st October 2016: A Hyderabad based Pharma Company, which is a start up, has signed a contract with VSM for its CRM solution. The company has big growth plans and believes that our product will help them significantly in their sales enablement.
As another significant addition to our product, we have launched a V-Meet module.
V-Meet is a virtual event where participants share a common virtual environment on the web.
V-Meets are highly interactive and created with UCPMP compliance in mind. They reduce travel, and enables one to organize events across multiple geographies at the same time.
16th September 2016: Indegene is going to do the marketing for hygiene related products for a Large Indian MNC. VSM will be assisting Indegene in this venture by providing a solution which will help track the marketing team activities.
VSM, along with its solution principal from USA, has signed a contract with a large PSU bank to assist them on CRS compliance by March 2017. This contract is a combination of technology solution and functional consulting.
1st September 2016: VSM has signed another large contract with a devices company. The contract is to implement our SFE product KEA -12 (Devices version) for their fast growing India operations. Part of the sales team will also be using the latest version of our E-detailing module that incorporates advanced features on CLM (Closed Loop Marketing).
“We are continuing to sign up new clients with large user base in both Pharma and Medical devices industries”, says Priya-who heads Product Engineering and Deliveries at VSM.
We have added another Pharma client, a Bangalore based Pharma company. They will be using our latest version-KEA-12.
A global pharma company called for response to an RFP for multi country roll out of a CRM solution. VSM’s path breaking solution, KEA is one of the top 3 solutions shortlisted by the company after multiple rounds of evaluation.
“This is indeed a proud moment for the VSM team that has worked hard over the last 3 to 4 years to bring the product to a mature stage. We are now eyeing more such large multi country opportunities”, says Krish, the CEO of VSM.
17th June 2016: VSM Software has recently signed up with a Kolkata based ethical drugs company to use KEA for its field force across India. The company will also be using the latest version of E Detailing along with all the rest of the standard offerings in the product.

“To help the banks, we came up with an innovative model where we lease PVin’s solution to the bank by deploying it for a month at the bank’s premises. We offer consulting and technical services on the solution platform and guide the banks. This is just the beginning: we see significant potential in FATCA-CRS space globally”, says Krish, the CEO of VSM Software.
16th May 2016: A large nutraceutical company based out of Pune recently moved to KEA for its CRM needs. The company was earlier one of the subsidiaries of a large Indian pharmaceutical company and is now a separate entity. The company has chosen the standard version of KEA having both web as well as mobile access.
16th May 2016: VSM as a technology partner for PVin will be assisting the bank in identifying FATCA reportable accounts through PVin’s solution “factor” and process them to enable the bank to submit FATCA reportable accounts.

16th March 2016: VSM signs with a Bangalore based pharmaceutical company that specializes in dermatology and skincare products. The company saw value in some of the key modules that we provide like CME management, Secondary Sales tracking and a detailed call plan for the sales team.
16th March 2016: VSM is an exclusive technology partner for the US company PVin Corp, which is based in New Jersey, and which specializes in solutions for FATCA (Foreign Accounts Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standards).
16th March 2016: A large Indian PSB has signed up PVin Corp’solution for FATCA/CRS reporting, that is due to be filed to CBDT before May 31. As a sole technology partner, VSM will provide support on this solution and assist the bank in compliance.
2nd March 2016: A large Indian Pharma company has incorporated outstanding bills collection from stockists as an extension to the SFE solution that we have implemented. This enables the sales team keep track of overdue bills that need to be collected from the stockists. VSM software continues its efforts to cover as many touch points between the sales team and its customers as possible.
5th January 2016: Claris Otsuka is an Indo Japanese company based out of Ahmedabad with a field force of approximately 400 people on the field. The company currently uses an inbuilt CRM System that was limited in its scope of work. Claris was looking for a robust solution that could meet their business requirements and an IT vendor that could help them in this transition. VSM was chosen over other vendors that were evaluated.

18th January 2016: Claris Otsuka is an Indo Japanese company The next upgrade version of KEA 12.0 released on 15th Jan 2016. This version upgrade will see two main new features – Campaign Management and E detailing. Through the Campaign management, the marketing team of Pharma and medical device companies can plan and monitor marketing campaigns. This feature also helps the marketing team analyse the impact of a campaign on the final sales.
KEA E Detailing is our first phase of Closed Loop Marketing concept. Through our e detailing feature, the sales team can show interactive content to interest the doctor and understand their feedback on the same. The amount of time spent on a specific brand material can be captured that help the marketing team understand the doctor’s interest and realign the marketing message if required. This will prove as a useful tool to track and personalize content for improved customer engagement.
18th January 2016: Claris Otsuka is an Indo Japanese company VSM has been working with a large Pharma MNC in India for the last 2 years on doctor profiling. VSM team assisted the Pharma company in profiling the doctors and segmenting them as per their classification on an annual basis. This year VSM will extend this project to update the doctor profiling data on a quarterly basis. In addition to this, the sales team will also be capturing the doctor yield in terms of prescriptions that will be analyzed against the planned potential to be achieved with a doctor for any given year. This will help the Pharma company keep tabs on the real potential of the doctor throughout the year.
