21st May 2018: VSM along with its product partner, PVin Corp of the US wins yet another deal to provide Solution Assisted Data Remediation and Compliance to a top 5 private bank in India. Under the deal, VSM will use PVin’s product Factor and offer technology and functional services for compliance under FATCA and CRS.
8th May 2018: A European medical devices company picks our CRM for their Key Account Management team in India. The company is moving from the current SFDC application. Our simple and comprehensive modules, ease of use, more friendly User Interfaces and capability to customize, were the factors that made the company switch.
3rd May 2018: Rajendran, our Consultant-Banking and Ex-DGM of Canara Bank, has published an article in IIBF’s journal on the need for automation in FATCA-CRS compliance. Our work in this field is well accepted by more than 10 leading banks in India.
27th April 2018: Our E-detailing module is going to be implemented for 2 divisions in the Company. With this, the benefits of auto update of DCR based on E-detailing has done, content usage analysis which includes time spent, feedback obtained and page wise exposure to the client will be available. With this Product, managers will have better visibility of customer perception and can take instant action.
17th April 2018:The regional market for our CRM solution for Pharma and Medical devices has a lot of potentials. We have signed a partner agreement with Pharma Loop Technology Corp to take our product to the growing Pharma Industry in the Philippines.
26th February 2018:VSM adds to the list of companies for whom Secondary sales data collection and publishing services are being provided. VSM signed the deal with a Medical Devices MNC.
7th February 2018:A global consulting firm recommended VSM’s KEA-CME (Module on continuing medical education) to a large Indian Pharma company.The company has contracted to deploy our solution to over 500 managers and senior executives, in the first phase. “Our deep understanding of CME is reflected in the software solution. Confidence shown by a global consulting firm is further proof that we offer a state of art CME solution that helps better planning, in-time and as per plan execution, monitoring results and most importantly ensure adherence to compliance needs”, says Priya-VSM’ s AVP who heads the Pharma business.
7th February 2018:VSM has been managing the Secondary Sales data compilation and analysis for a European medical devices company.The company has now added they Key Account Management team also in the scope of our assignment.
7th February 2018:In our banking practice, a major focus area is Application Support for Core Banking Solutions-especially Flexcube from Oracle.For a large public sector bank, where IBM is the main vendor, we have been awarded a managed services contract from them. (Earlier, we were working through another IBM vendor).
19th January 2018:One of our European pharma clients has added a new team which has also adopted our solution that tracks prescription data. The client makes extensive use of this data in their market strategy planning
4th January 2018:We have won a major contract to implement our CRM solution at a large South India based Pharma company. Since the company has a large Sales Force, the implementation will happen in phases. “It is a great beginning for us in 2018. Things augur well, since many clients are appreciative of our product KEA, and are willing to adopt it. They see multiple benefits”, says R Priya, AVP, Product and Projects.
4th January 2018:We have signed a services agreement, under which we will offer on-site software development services to a large finance company, based in Chennai.
